Apple Gin

45ml Gutss gin
40ml apple juice
50ml ginger beer
½ lime juice
Ice cubes
Garnish
3 slices of green apple
2 sprigs of thyme
Pour all ingredients into a tumbler.
Rub the thyme sprigs in your hands to release the delicious flavor of the thyme.
Garnish with apple pieces and thyme in the glass.
Serve ice cold.
